“Hybrid Sikkhaloy” (হাইব্রিড শিক্ষালয়) অ্যাপটি শিক্ষালয় / Sikkhaloy প্ল্যাটফর্মের মোবাইল ক্লায়েন্ট। এটি hybrid.sikkhaloy.com খুলে প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক, শিক্ষক ও অফিস ব্যবহারকারীদের সেবা দেয়। অ্যাপটি IT Genius পরিচালিত শিক্ষালয় সেবার অংশ।

১. অ্যাপটি কীভাবে কাজ করে

এটি একটি WebView অ্যাপ। হোম ও লগইন পেজ hybrid.sikkhaloy.com থেকে লোড হয়। ফলাফল, হাজিরা, ফি, নোটিশ ইত্যাদি তথ্য শিক্ষালয়ের সার্ভারে থাকে; অ্যাপ নিজে আলাদা ডাটাবেস রাখে না।

২. যে তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া হয়

লগইন: ইউজারনেম/পাসওয়ার্ড HTTPS দিয়ে সার্ভারে যায়; সেশন কুকি ফোনের WebView-তে থাকে।
শিক্ষা/অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য: নাম, আইডি, হাজিরা, ফলাফল, ফি, নোটিশ ইত্যাদি প্রতিষ্ঠানের রেকর্ড অনুযায়ী সার্ভারে দেখানো হয়।
ছবি/ফাইল আপলোড: আপনি নিজে ক্যামেরা বা গ্যালারি থেকে বেছে নিলেই ছবি নেওয়া/বাছাই হয় এবং আপলোড করলে HTTPS দিয়ে সার্ভারে যায়।
ডাউনলোড/প্রিন্ট: আপনি PDF বা ফাইল ডাউনলোড করলে তা ফোনের Downloads ফোল্ডারে যায়; প্রিন্ট সিস্টেম প্রিন্ট ডায়ালগ খোলে।

৩. ক্যামেরা

ক্যামেরা শুধু তখনই চালু হয় যখন আপনি আপলোডের জন্য ছবি তোলা বেছে নেন (বা পোর্টালের HTTPS পেজ লাইভ ক্যামেরা চায়)।
অনুমতি না দিলেও গ্যালারি থেকে ফাইল বাছাই করা যায়।
মাইক্রোফোন ব্যবহার হয় না। ছবি ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডে তোলা হয় না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য শেয়ার হয় না।

৪. যা অ্যাপটি করে না

কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন বা অ্যানালিটিক্স SDK নেই।
তথ্য বিক্রি করা হয় না।
লোকেশন, কন্টাক্ট, এসএমএস বা সাধারণ স্টোরেজ স্ক্যানের অনুমতি চায় না (ডাউনলোড Android DownloadManager দিয়ে Downloads-এ হয়)।

৫. শেয়ার ও নিরাপত্তা

তথ্য প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সেবা-প্রদানকারী শিক্ষালয়/IT Genius-এর মধ্যে প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিচালনার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। সংযোগ HTTPS। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা ছাড়া অন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় না। পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের নিজস্ব পেজে কার্ড/ওয়ালেট তথ্য ঢোকানো হলে তা সেখানকার নীতি অনুযায়ী হয়; অ্যাপ সেগুলো সংরক্ষণ করে না।

৬. তথ্য মুছে ফেলা / সংশোধন

অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান তৈরি করে। তথ্য দেখা, সংশোধন বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে নিচের ফোন/হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে যোগাযোগ করুন। অ্যাপ আনইনস্টল করলে ফোনের সেশন মুছে যায়; সার্ভারের রেকর্ড প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতি অনুযায়ী থাকে।

৭. শিশু

অ্যাপে নিজে নিবন্ধন নেই। শিশুদের কাছ থেকে প্রয়োজনের বাইরে তথ্য নেওয়া হয় না এবং বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হয় না।

Privacy Policy (English)

“Hybrid Sikkhaloy” is the Android client for the Sikkhaloy education platform. It opens hybrid.sikkhaloy.com for students, guardians, teachers and office users. The service is operated with IT Genius.

1. How the app works

It is a WebView app. Home and login load from hybrid.sikkhaloy.com. Academic and account data live on the Sikkhaloy server; the app does not keep its own separate database.

2. Information processed

Login: username/password are sent over HTTPS; a session cookie stays in the WebView.
Account/academic data: names, IDs, attendance, results, fees, notices, etc. as held by the institution.
Photos/files: only when you choose the camera or gallery for an upload; uploaded over HTTPS.
Downloads/print: files you download go to the phone’s Downloads folder; print opens the system print dialog (including Save as PDF).

3. Camera

The camera opens only when you choose to take a photo for upload (or when a trusted HTTPS portal page needs live camera).
If you deny permission you can still pick files from the gallery.
The microphone is not used. No background photography; nothing is shared for advertising.

4. What the app does not do

No ads and no analytics SDKs.
Data is never sold.
No location, contacts, SMS or broad storage-scan permissions (downloads use Android DownloadManager).

5. Sharing and security

Data is used by the institution and Sikkhaloy/IT Genius to run the service. Connections use HTTPS. Payment card/wallet details entered on a payment gateway’s own pages follow that gateway’s policy; the app does not store them.

6. Access, correction and deletion

Accounts are created by the institution. To access, correct or delete data, contact support using the numbers below. Uninstalling clears the on-device session; server records follow the institution’s retention rules.

7. Children

There is no in-app sign-up. No advertising; no data is taken from children beyond what the institution needs.
